「Have stayed here before and had good experiences but this time was pretty terrible. The bathroom was dirty, there was a fake nail on the carpet, and there was this loud intermittent vibrating/humming noise ALL night and day. We asked the housekeeper to service our room on the 2nd day since no one did on our first morning but they still didn’t clean it. The breakfast was adequate but the warm food (eggs, sausage, etc) was always just a little too cold to enjoy.」

「Pros: Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty decent. Microwave and fridge are in the room for the convenience. Cons: Reading lights between the two beds are both broken. Water from the shower is not hot enough even if turn the handle all the way up. Room door will not automatically close as normal hotel room door. Gym facility is not well maintained. Staff has to shoulder the gym door open for me. And the light in the gym keeps flashing like a horror movie.」

「We had the king room that had a dividing wall between the living area and the bedroom area. It felt very homey, clean and relaxing after a long day. The kitchenette was well supplied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was timely and even a little earlier than posted on Saturday which helped many of us check out and still be at the conference on time. Thank you so much for your wonderful service and a very pleasant stay」

「The room was dingy and in need of remodeling. The room looked as though they went to hotel closings that auctioned their furniture and accessory and bought them for this hotel. Nothing matched, gold walls, blue and taupe curtains, orange chair, sky blue wall art and grey night tables. The bathroom water made noises I've heard before. Terrible value.」
