「This property is a perfect bolt hole for anyone looking to explore the south west tip of Cornwall. It’s just 20 or so minutes from the train and main bus station. The house is well equipped with leaving you everything you’d need for a trip away. The kitchen has all the tools you could want and there’s even two sitting rooms with TV’s in them. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!」

「We travelled in a group of seven and stayed in Artist Residence for three nights in The Cottage and a double room. The Cottage was fantasy and comfy for family, it had three bedrooms and accomodate for 6 people. The design is amazing! We can even cook for dinner and breakfast in The Cottage.」

「Good location and great if you are travelling to area with out a car. Flat was clean and comfortable but with a little attention to detail could easily be elevated to a really good flat. Entrance needs a good clean and paint and better street signage on the door. Shower very temperamental, scalding hot or freezing cold. Outside area could be easily do with a bit of attention. Seems as if the owner has lost heart and passion in this lovely little flat. 」
