Cosy little room on the top floor. Comfortable and met my needs perfectly. Located just a street back from the promenade, and handy to town, supermarket, and a walk along the seafront.

Clean and comfortable room.

We had an enjoyable overnight stay before we caught the ferry to the Scilly Isles. The room wasn't huge but it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

The top floor room I had was just perfect for my 2 night stay. It was spotlessly clean, comfy bed, lovely linens and soft towels. A great place to come home to after a day of sightseeing. The house is very quiet (apart from the Seagulls lol!) and you’ll receive a very warm welcome. It’s close to the seafront and a 15 minute walk from the railway and bus station. Tea and Coffee provided and I was thrilled to find a Gideon in the nightstand.

A guest house located in a lovely old house 10 minutes walk from the centre. We had a room at the back, which was comfortable enough, but was a little small for us given we had luggage for 2 weeks. Shower was excellent

Nice and clean, even though this is listed as a bed & breakfast please be aware no breakfast is included. Tea making facilities are included but would have been nice if water made available to make tea or coffee, you may need to bring your own. The road is not busy and just a turning away from the beach. Hosts were very nice and friendly and helpful.

Do not stay here. Rooms are tiny and overpriced. Owner/ host is weird and invasive. Just a nightmare.

The Chiverton was spot on, clean and comfortable with everything on hand. The house is very close to Penzance promenade so excellent for walks by the sea and to get into town.

Wow fantastic

We had the best time,rooms were super clean,breakfast was amazing , location was fantastic and Alan was so welcoming and helpful we enjoyed ourseld so much so stayed for an extra night 100% would recommend

Expedia had advertised this as a 4-star bed and breakfast so I was very disappointed to find out that breakfast is no longer served at this establishment. The rooms were small, but spotlessly clean. Friendly hosts and a lovely position in Penzance.

Alan is a great host - very helpful. Property is clean and well kept. Upgraded linens (and a new bath mat) would be an improvement. Laundromat nearby. Walkable to dining, shopping, sights, bus and train.

Disappointing. After a long, tiring trip, we arrived at Chiverton to find no one there and door locked. A note on the door had a phone number to ring but not the international code. A kind neighbour lent us her phone. Had to park 5 blocks away. Room and shower stall were very small and - would NOT recommend for couples.
