Bait & Switch. It does not come with a privatebath

Classic bait and switch. They only offer one type of room which includes a private bathroom. When we arrived they informed us we did not pay for the room with private bathroom. I went back to the page and it clearly only has one option for this property. They refused and charged us for the private bathroom and made us share a bathroom with strangers. I still am waiting for my refund from these frauds

Horrible

Came here for a night with my girlfriend. The bed had only one pillow. When I asked for another one I was told of course but never received one. The room is not listed as a shared space yet is a shared apartment with two other rooms. The kitchen was unusable as there were no pots, pans, cutlery, etc. - completely barren. Would not reccomend.

When I first booked the location, I thought the bathroom was private since it doesn't say SHARED bathroom. However after reading the comments I noticed that people were having problems because it didn't say SHARED bathroom. So I wrote the place them twice. I then contacted the website where I booked to clarify why it doesn't say shared bathroom (twice again). They also tried to contact the establishment with no luck. It took them two weeks to reply to my email. When I responded that it took them two weeks to answer me, the person told me that they didn't have any obligation to respond to me within 2 weeks. However, when I sent the message it says that they will reply within 24 to 48 hours. I wanted to cancel because this adv. is misleading. It should clear state that it is a SHARED bathroom. They didn't contact me until the day I was supposed to arrive. Bad bad bad.

Worst place I´ve ever booked in Hotels.com, I don´t know why a company like Hotels.com has this scums as part of their offer. To start with: They didn´t wait for me even after we agreed to check in later than 9:00 Pm paying a 10 euros supplement, we were forced to wait outside for over 30 minutes (the guy who finally let us in was very nice though) then they game a room with a shared bathroom when I´ve paid for a private one, no explanation given. I slept there only the first night and then I found a different place nearby. Be aware of this place guys. El peor lugar que he reservado en Hotels.com, no sé por qué una empresa como Hotels.com tiene esta escoria como parte de su oferta. Para empezar: no me esperaron ni siquiera después de haber acordado entrar más tarde de las 21:00 pagando un suplemento de 10 euros, nos obligaron a esperar fuera durante más de 30 minutos (aunque el chico que finalmente nos dejó entrar fue muy amable) y luego me ofrecieron una habitación con baño compartido cuando yo había pagado por uno privado, sin darme ninguna explicación. Dormí allí solo la primera noche y luego encontré otro lugar cerca. Tengan cuidado con este lugar, chicos.
