Hostal Abadía Madrid
Air conditioning poor, the temp looks at 17 but very hot inside the room the solution suggests for the front desk lady was open the windows, but if I open the windows the noise of the street don’t let me rest property. Solution I bought a fan. Unbelievable.

Eurostars Plaza Mayor
The only problem we had with this hotel was the temperature was very warm and the AC was not yet turned on for the building, therefore we could not cool our room. The staff was helpful and provided a small fan, but it was quite uncomfortable.

Hotel boutique Negresco Plaza Mayor
Very convenient location. Spacious room. Comfortable bed and TV with extras, ie Netflix. Just a little lacking in storage space for clothing, open shelves would have helped. Very cold fridge made up for no kettle, but again a couple of cups would have been appreciated.
