"This is a great hotel- the staff is amazing! Very kind, they care about you being comfortable in the apartment (which was a beautiful space!) and around the city. They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. He gave us great recommendations, and even provided assistance with getting a ride to the Amalfi Coast. Couldn't have asked for a better host. I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't give a review as soon as I returned. I'm leaving a review a year later, thats how great he was!"

"The hotel ot self was really good, i had a large single with balcony, i thought it was very clean and well presented, all staff was friendly and helpful if needed.......
Couple of points the room came with paper cups would of prefered a proper cup especially when pouring boiling water in the paoer cups..
Its located very close to train starion but shake about the area with alot of poverty and very busy in the area, but despite the busy traffic the room was quiet at night....
If i did stay in naples again i woukd more likely return here as breakfast was amazing choice."

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also. "
