「Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt auf Madeira. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. 「Wir waren das zweite mal in einem Hotel der Pestana Gruppe und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Das Hotel haben wir bewusst ausgewählt weil es etwas außerhalb des Zentrums liegt und direkt am Stand ist. Was die Beste Entscheidung war! Wir hatten eine Junior Suite im 7ten Stock mit tollen Ausblick, das Zimmer war sehr groß und wurde täglich gereinigt. 「Beautiful property with plants everywhere. A place to relax and chill amongst butterflies and plants! Staff and kind and attentive. Management respond to any issues (our frying pan needed replacing and they did after I fed it back. Breakfast has a good variety. The restaurant is nothing massively remarkable but a great thing to have close by as there are not many other places to eat in the area within walking distance. 」
