My stay at the Pestana CR7 Funchal was truly unforgettable. ❤️🇵🇹 From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed. The entire staff was incredibly kind, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The team welcoming guests at the entrance especially made such a wonderful impression — their warmth and hospitality made me feel at home from the very beginning. The food was delicious, the hotel was beautiful and comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect. Being surrounded by so much of Cristiano Ronaldo’s history made the experience even more special for me, but what I will remember most is how wonderful the people were. I came to Madeira excited to experience a place connected to Cristiano Ronaldo, but I left completely in love with Funchal, Madeira, its people, and its hospitality. Thank you to the entire Pestana CR7 team for making my stay so special. I leave happy, grateful, and with beautiful memories that I will always treasure. I truly hope this wasn’t goodbye, but “see you again soon.” 🇵🇹✨ I can’t wait to come back!

I absolutely loved staying here. As a single woman traveling alone, I would definitely suggest it. The staff is so friendly and accommodating! They had answers to all my questions. The pool is beautiful and Cesar is always ready to make you a fresh drink. I also give the entire concierge staff a gold star ⭐. Even the housekeeping staff were helpful and welcoming. These ladies work hard and always have a smile for you.

The original CR7 hotel in his hometown. I am glad I visited and stayed at this hotel. The pool area has a nice view of the harbor. Downstairs is the CR7 museum. Dined at the hotel, Inverse by CR7 and it was pretty good. The fish and chips is delicious. Breakfast is good with a wide selection of foods. Room is spacious and clean. Headboard has CR7 decorations. But could use another couch in the room or something. Staffs are helpful and polite. Overall, a good stay at the hotel. I enjoyed it.

Pestana CR7 Funchal is a fantastic place to stay in Madeira. The central location makes it easy to explore the city, and the views over the harbour - especially watching the cruise ships come and go - are excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is delicious with a great variety to choose from. Honestly, what’s not to like?
