My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hamilton. We were only there for one night, but we will definitely be returning for our next Mackinaw adventure. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kids especially enjoyed spending time in the pool in the evening. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus and had everything we needed before heading out for the day. I highly recommend staying at the Hamilton if you’re ever in the area!

It’s a good hotel. For being in their off season the did a great overall. Warm or cold breakfast is offered. Coffee, Orange juice, lemonade. First night heat wasn’t working right, but they got it fixed. They had hot tub and swimming pool. (Wife loved them)

We planned on staying 3 nights which turned into 4 due to horrible weather and blizzards. We were given a room and were told that it would be “quiet”. The room ended up being right next to a stair case and was in fact not quiet at all. Our room was oddly laid out and did not have a microwave as advertised online. We were however able to use one that was in the breakfast room 3 floors up from our room. Overall the room was clean and we had room service that came and replaced towels everyday. The breakfast and pool were nice as well. Unfortunately the coffee machine in the lobby was broke for most of our stay.
