Great hotel itself and value terrible service.

The hotel was great, value for money was great however the booking was completely incorrect, bedding was incorrect, and then we where offered alternate rooms and upgraded only to find out they were all dirty and unserviced. After all this, although we appreciate being offered a room free of charged we had to wait for the beds in all rooms to be split wasting so much time and money, and me the the owner of the company that paid was then moved to another room with the wrong key. So disappointed, reception sorry to say had no clue.

I paid for a king size bed room, however had two very uncomfortable king singles pushed together that formed a ridge in the middle, rendering sleeping in the middle of bed useless

A short nice stay

Ot was a nice stay, the receptionist were so kind and helpful. Room were cozy and clean.close to shops.

Disappointed I was woken up by the cleaning lady who insisted I'd already checked out. Otherwise a good stay.

At check in was told the pool was shut for maintenance *spoke with staff earlier in the week they could have told me* our closest elevator to our room was also under maintenance & then the other one broke down & we had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to our room both bedroom aircons don’t work & we couldn’t contact the reception to let the know or even leave a message we are disappointed
