Great place to stay for Rumble Skate event

Great Place to stay, awesome pool and comfortable rooms and off street parking. Close to coles and other food options. A short drive to Mackay skatepark, shopping centre and lagoon. We will be back!

Lovely hotel and clean rooms. The pub across was road had bands playing on the Friday and Saturday night, until 11pm or so and could be heard quite loud in our room which was at the front of the front of the property.

Nice place, good value for money.

Overall good value for money, convenient location. Had a small issue with the TV not working, but no big deal as it was a late night stay anyway so I didn't bother contacting anyone about it. Would stay here again for the convenience on my next visit.

Booked online & came to the property to find they had no rooms & weren’t sure how the booking went through but were able to work it out & give me a beautiful 2 bedroom unit it was huge & beautiful!!

Over priced, dirty and outdated. The property felt more like a jail then a hotel. The room smelt and the aircon wasnt working, making for a really uncomfortable stay. The pool also isnt available, this again was falsely advertised online. The hand towels in our bathroom were stained and everything just felt dirty. Highly recommend booking elsewhere. Not an enjoyable experience.

This property has everything you need for a short or extended stay! Its modern and up to date! Beds confortable! We did have issues with wifi and rooms not quite soundproof (apologies to the floor we were on my son was exceptionally loud and obnoxious. ) loved sitting on the balcony and watching the bats

We really liked the interior and design of the 1 bedroom apartment we stayed in. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised that the apartment absolutely corresponded to the photographs presented on the hotel website. (It often happens that everything looks beautiful in the photo, but not in reality). All furniture is in excellent condition, clean, cozy, comfortable. Another nice addition is that the hotel is located near the Queen's Park, that is convenient for morning walks or exercise.

The apartment was fine it was clean and had everything we needed. The only downside was the screen door to the balcony wouldn’t open properly, the tiles on the balcony floor were all lifting up and could be a trip hazard. The balcony also needed a good pressure clean.

Great location

The apartment was clean and generality comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, except a coffee plunger would have been desirable. However, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable. It needed a soft top. We were disappointed to see that there was no provision for re-cycling. Everything went to landfill! Not good enough!!

Gave me a room with someone else in it after a ridiculous check in process. Then didn’t give me a dongle to get in after hours even though they knew I was going out for food. The place is tired and ugly on the inside and the room stinks like wet carpet.
