「Parking lot is only a bared ground, creeps ask for money when we drove in. The room is big with a kitchen, good for a family travel. I phoned the reception for the wifi password and she ask me to go down and get it diretly. When I returned to my room, the wifi didn't work and I called the receptio again, that is when they told me the Wifi ONLY works in the lobby. You have to ask for a hair drier at the reception and they ask you to return it right after you use it. Someone knocked few times on...

「ok」

「This hotel is a treasure hidden in the Ribera area, very convenient location, clean room, professional staff, absolutely 10/10.」

「Good sized space for a family of four」

「Excellent location. Good studio with nice bathroom, built in kitchen with dishwasher etc. Property behind some metal mesh so didn’t realise we were at correct place at first. Should the PIN code for the communal entrance be the same for the door? Bar nearby pretty noisy at night. Small ants by wall and table. Would we stay again- yes but with earplugs and please use ant powder.」

「Veronica is very nice and helpful during our stay there. The location is very convenient to the restaurants we like and all sight seeing spots are all in walking distance. The only drawback is no elevator inside the building so if you are not travelling with a strong guy and with heavy suitcase, you will have to reconsider the larger suite here as mine is the smallest which is on the top floor. 😞」

「This was one of the best rooms I have stayed in, in Portugal in all the times I have visited and will definitely be back! Location is great! The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I couldnt have asked for a better stay」

「Stay for a week. it’s like our home away from home in Porto and use the kitchen everyday. There is washing machine. Many supermarkets around. The massage near Boa in the same street is really awesome. 」

「In August, I stayed at this hotel twice for a short stay. Fantastic experience both times. Huge compliments to the staff!」

「The suite was amazing. Air conditioning worked great and the shower has perfect water pressure. The area is very quiet so was just what we needed for a good night sleep. Breakfast in the morning was incredible. My daughter is Gluten Free and lactose intolerant and the made a special breakfast for her. Highly recommend this place!!」
