The owner makes you feel like you are invading here space and makes you feel like her time is more important than the customers time. There are lots of rules and $100 potential fine if you make a sound or wear your shoes. The owner can be quite sarcastic . Lastly She was upset by the amount paid. I booked online so they set the price not me.」

「This hotel's reach exceeds its grasp. It aspires to be a run-of-the-mill hotel and part of a chain but it fails repeatedly. I was dismayed from the very first by the fact that there are luggage charts but no way to use them because the rooms are upstairs but there is no elevator and you can't drag a luggage cart up a flight of stairs.
