"The overall cleaniness was fine and the beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet. However, while making coffee in the morning a large cockroach crawled onto the desk! Notified the front desk staff and asked for the manager to call me for follow-up but no call was received. "

"The property is run down from the outside, not anything close to what was advertised in Expedia(where I booked)...Upon arrival @ the property, I was attended as if I was ordering fast food by the drive-thru. I was outside in the cold, the lady was inside and door was locked, attending to me through the window. I have never seen this kind of hotel check-in in my life..Customer Service was negative O. The lady @ the front was extremely rude and won't book me and family because I booked one room with 2 beds for myself, spouse and 3 daughters (minors). She insisted I book an extra room for my 3 kids(ages 8 to15). I declined and cancelled my reservation. Horrible experience and I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE EVEN IF IT IS FOR FREE.. "
