Beetje een tegenvaller!

Hadden niet via Hotels.com een parkeerplaats gereserveerd en daar werd in eerste instantie moeilijk over gedaan. Ook werd er een extra bed in rekening gebracht, terwijl dat niet was aangegeven. Verder is het hotel (en de kamer waar wij sliepen) sterk verouderd. Ook was de kamer niet schoon. Vlekken op het tapijt, op de muren, op het matras en dekbedovertrek. Ligging is wel super!

Das Hotel liegt ideal in Stadtmitte von Maastricht nur wenige Schritte von Rathaus und Markt sowie von den historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Die Boschdtraat ist eine verkehrsberuhigte Straße. Idealer standort für einen Besuch. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant.

Leuk hotel in het centrum van Maaatricht

Leuk hotel gevestigd in een monumentaal pand. Het hotel en de kamers zijn wat gedateerd maar dat is juist de charme. De kamers zijn schoon en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het vrijthof ligt op 5 minuutjes lopen. Kortom een echte aanrader voor een paar daagjes Maastricht.

Rustige kamer, , badkamer stonk erg naar schimmel. Bij douchen werd de hele vloer nat van de badkamer. Het ontbijt a 17, 50 p.p. vond ik slecht. Personeel vond ik niet professioneel t.o.v. gast

Teleurstellend

Niet wat we hadden verwacht helaas. Naast de kamers die tegenvielen qua comfort, was de hele ervaring slecht. We konden niet slapen snachts omdat 2 mensen van het personeel ruzie met elkaar hadden en tegen elkaar liepen te schreeuwen. Sochtends in de ontbijtzaal stond de hele zithoek en tafel vol met lege bierflesjes en volle asbakken, waar mensen naast moesten ontbijten.

We felt unwelcome: despite calling up beforehand to inform the staff about our arrival time, we were completely ignored for several minutes upon arrival. The staff seemed uninterested in checking in hotel guests. Arriving at breakfast we had the same experience. Breakfast was fine, however definitely not worth the cost. Nice room, comfy bed.

Avoid rooms on the terrace - its a restaurant!

We paid extra for a room on the terrace. Its was grubby, bedding smelt and badly needed airing and there were horrible stains on the side of bed and wall - some looked like dried blood - yuk! Our door opened immediately out onto a table - part of the restaurant. The restaurant is busy at lunch time and evening -and so noisy until midnight and beyond. Not want we thought we were buying!

Huiselijk

Een hotel waar je thuis voelt. We hadden een eigen patio, waardoor we heerlijk buiten konden zitten (het weer werkte ook mee). Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum. In het hotel was het rustig en stil, wat top was als je uit de drukte kwam. Maastricht heel gezellig en gastvrij. En vooral het toeriste treintje (elektrische). We hebben leuke eetcafé's ontdekt zoals cafédezwaan, de gouverneur. Maar een bezoek aan take one is een mooie ervaring. Je kiest geen bier maar je zegt wat je smaak is en zij kiezen een biertje voor je. Eten bij vrienden van het Vrijthof was echt verrassend lekker en verse ingrediënten.

Heerlijk!

Zeer genoten in dit sfeervolle hotel. Ouderwetse grandeur. Bewonderenswaardig dat de eigenaren hun best doen om het oude te behouden. Dit lukt wonderwel. Kamer aan de achterkant gehad. Heerlijk rustig. Ramen die ver open kunnen. Heel goede airco. Boxspringbedden van goede kwaliteit. Sanitair schoon en goed onderhouden. Gratis goedwerkend kluisje. Watertjes, frisdrank en biertje in minibar gratis. Klein tveetje. En op prachtlocatie! Vanuit hotel alles op loopafstand. Zelfs voor mensen met kleinere actieradius. Laden/lossen bagage: rijd via De Kleine gracht de Boschstraat in. Er is een klein plekkie waar je even kunt staan. Langparkeren deden wij op Qpark Cabargerweg. Tien minuutjes vanaf hotel. Hipleuke plektip. De Brandweerkantine. Kortom: we willen hier weer terugkomen. Zeer aan te bevelen.

Fantastische locatie, heerlijke keuken.

Geweldige keuken, Danyel en Mariska zijn heel gastvrij. Kwaliteit en versheid staat voorop en dat proef je zelfs in het ontbijt.

Tolle Lage! Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Personal ist freundlich. Leider war unser Zimmer etwas enttäuschend, da es alles andere als modern war. Es roch leider etwas muffig. Durch die zentrale Lage war es bei geöffnetem Fenster unglaublich laut.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel, Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, jedoch etwas unorganisiert (check-in). Hotelzimmer sauber und groß, etwas in die Jahre gekommen... Parken ist schwieriger: Erst zum Hotel fahren und dann bekommt man weitere Infos, wohin mit dem Auto.

ligging erg centraal wel slechte ervaring

Helaas kwamen we alle bij terug met rugklachten vanwege slechte bedden en hebben we ons ernstig vergist in de onkosten van het restaurant veel twee keer zo duur uit als we verwachten we moesten namelijk voor een 3 gangen menu voor 2 pers. 101 euro afrekenen, daarnaast hadden we gereserveerd voor een grotere hotel kamer maar we kregen een kleinere hotelkamer ter beschikking + daarbij waren ze bezig met schilder werkzaamheden met stijgers die ze op en af bouwden hiervan was geen melding van gemaakt. En de vloerbedekking was niet erg schoon meer helaas. Verder zijn we wel gastvrij ontvangen en was de service wel goed.

goed, maar te duur

Mooi hotel, schoon, echter waren er wel enkele kleine gebreken op de kamer. Kamer was goed met goede bedden en een ruime badkamer. Ik verbleef 1 nacht, Kon mijn koffer tot in de namiddag daar laten, om later op te halen. Hotel heeft ook geen vaste receptie na 15.00 uur moet je iemand bellen. Hotel heeft wel een launch-gedeelte en restaurant, maar deze was gesloten. Je kon dus alleen gebruik maken van je kamer. Beetje jammer, wat het wel duur maakte. Zoals in de meeste hotel werkt Wifi amper

Schoon hotel wel gedateerd. Hoge gastvrijheid

Voldeed aan verwachtingen v.w.b. locatie. Ontbijt prima doch stond niet in aanbeveling qua mogelijkheid en prijs. Prijs/kwaliteit stond niet in goede verhouding. Mondigheid gast verwacht bij aanbiedingen buiten het gebodene. Hoge graad gastvrijheid en kwaliteit service. Echt Limburgs: alles op zijn tijd!!

A Great place to stay in Maastricht

Great staff, the hotell is small (not many rooms) but it has an elevator, private bath with bathtub in all rooms and free tea, coffe, soft drink, beer and water (the minibar is free) Love the location. You can take local bus nr 3 to get to the hotel (or you can walk 13 minutes from the central station) The room was very nice and clean. We stayed one night. We did not have any meals there, but while having a glass of wine we noticed that many lojal lokals dined there.
