"My 22 year daughter described it like a Hallmark movie. Gorgeous old hotel in downtown St. Paul. Within walking distance of many restaurants. Hotel staff was amazing! They have a shuttle that will take you to any of the restaurants. We were there with family on Thanksgiving and wanted to play games. But didn’t bring any and the bellman found us games that the front desk could not! Fireplace in lobby was perfect for having a drink and playing board games in a cold winter’s night! Highly recommend. "

The staff was kind to me and my kids, that’s everything; we are loud and can’t control it all the times but the hotel staff always made us feel like welcome guests and not too much. This place is clean too. The fresh water everywhere! Love that. "

"I had a very good experience during my stay. The room was extremely clean and felt fresh from the moment I walked in. The bathroom was spotless with good water pressure and everything well maintained. I felt safe throughout my stay and the property has a calm and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming and breakfast was included which made the morning simple. Parking was easy and the location was convenient for restaurants, shopping, and getting around the area. I highly recommended this place and I would gladly stay here again."
