「Very nice hotel, staff is a little hard to find sometimes, breakfast was great! Highway is very loud though; woke us up every morning at 7am」

「This property is very unique. LOVE the inside garden patio and breakfast area. The room are very spacious. Will be stay here again. Hopefully longer stay next time. Room could use air freshener. Whom ever stay there before is a heavy smoker. As soon as I open the door....you could smell it. This is the only negative about my room.」

「The toilet kept running. I took off the cover and adjusted it to stop it running. It was fine after I did that」

「Bedding seemed to be older. .. multiple things were unplugged but the bathroom light being on tripped the breaker anyway . Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-9 . Today nothing was out when we left at 7. . No maid service even though there was supposed to be . Other towels were left outside rooms so it wasn’t just me ..」

「The lock door didn’t work and the front desk people knew that. When we told him he said that he called somebody already to fix it but nobody went. The hot tub was very dirty and the pool towels very small. 」

「Have stayed here a lot over the last four years. Seem to land on the 3rd floor a lot. (maybe try a higher floor) It seems lately the rooms aren't as clean and are starting to look tired. The room had a stale odor (312) And for the first time at check-in and the next morning the lobby had a sour smell like they cleaned carpets and left them too wet. To add to the whining, the food from the casino just wasn't prepared well. Hope they can get things spiffed up, I enjoy staying here. (June 8/9)」

「-Location is great. -Early check is $30 fee if you are early into town. -The check-in process took longer than expected. International staff, be patient. -Rooms were clean, hallways were dusty with visible dust on walls and heat registers. -Hot tub is not usable. -Parking is limited- 2 handicapped spots- two other spots were closer to the door, but were reserved for staff with a sign “No Parking, Authorized vehicles only.” -Very quiet -I am handicapped- bathrooms are small for a handicapped...
