「Lovely stay for a last minute 1 night stay. Had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Informed staff I was gluten free and they provided me a lovely GF continental breakfast. Beds were comfy everything was clean. Your opposite the main pub in the square so you can step out and dine at some lovely places. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit Lytham again. Rooms are good, but can see its probably time for a bit of an update and maintenance as feel a little outdated. 「A wonderful stay. Staff were so friendly and very helpful, nothing was a problem for them. Accommodation was very clean, powerful shower. Bar and food menu extensive, with a park for children. Near to Warton, Lytham and Lytham St Anne's. An excellent location. Would totally recommend.」

Couldnt use two of the pillows as they smelt mouldy and were dirty cases Our room (101) came with two keys, one for room and one for front door which was explained, however our door couldnt lock. 「The breakfast was excellent and the activities for up to 12,s was excellent. The bar an coffee bar was excellent. The only thing that let it down the cleaning it was not quiet up to my standards,a bit dusty in the corridors an the games room. But over all we had a brilliant few days.」

I was told exactly where to park by the receptionist which never bothered to let me know I need to register the parking as if I should miraculously know.
