We only stayed for one night but it was perfect! The couple running the place are so nice and friendly and even though we arrived fairly early we could park our car! Location is great, room was of a reasonable size and it was lovely clean and fresh. The breakfast was good too. Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future!

Staff were fantastic and both the hotel mangaer and house keeper could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfasts were excellent. We will definitely stay again next year.

Good value for money

Parking was a right problem. Room was clean and warm. Shower was decent power and hot, Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hot. Would stay again great value for money

Value for money

I've been greeted at the reception by the team. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with a bathroom. Clean and well prepared for guests. Very comfortable bed. I haven't slept so good in the hotels for a long time. Cooked breakfast offered. Tasty, not too greasy. Quiet area, maybe because it's out of season yet.

Carpet was dirty and smell ciggarette all over room from the toilet.Staff frendly very good breakfast. Car park on the back is very small and looks dangerous, small road when its dark.

Short Blackpool break.

A very clean & friendly place. The rooms are homely & comfortable, although the TV inside was very small. Parking can be an issue and you may have to park quite far away - but certain private premises may allow parking with permission & a small fee. Public transport connections are excellent - buses & trams being just 5 Minutes' walk away. Blackpool as a whole can be quite untidy at times, & rowdiness in the town is to be expected. During our stay, alcohol no doubt was responsible for some colourful talk outside our room from other guests, a few times during the night. Despite this, I would stay again, & recommend a stay here too - the free yummy breakfasts & wifi are a welcome bonus.

The staff were pleasant and the breakfast itself was lovely. The room (No.17) was awful. Tiny twin room with thin lumpy matresses and a rail for hanging clothes. Thin towels with no absorbancy. Nowhere to put toiletries etc. We couldn't believe it after all the previous great reviews (which was why we booked it). Were we just unlucky? Also, at breakfast there were not enough tables to accomodate everyone. Several of us had to hang about and wait until a table became free.

Great B&B

Clean, warm (stayed December) and comfortable, the host couldn’t be more helpful and allowed us to use dining room after midnight to eat takeaway and provided cutlery, breakfast was good, would stay again !

As always we were made to feel like family The hotel was spotless as it always is and the breakfasts were delicious Just can’t fault Billy and Sam for our wonderful stay

Only downside was the mattresses and pillows but it's the same in every cheap hotel. The manager was amazing, really nice guy, got everything requested and had no issue aside, I'd recommend the place 100% - was warm too which was brilliant

We stayed at Denville Hotel for 2 nights and could happily have stayed longer. Sanjay could not have been more helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space (we do not travel light!), the location was ideal for us. I cannot comment on the hotel parking as there was free street parking available outside the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

This is really quite a nice property. Apparently new owners,. Unit was small, but had a nice washroom. Although it does have a tv 📺 the one in our room you need binoculars lol very small. The view our the back was the back alley, but was quiet. They have a nice bar area but beer £4 , they did say there is a place close and less expensive...

From start to finish not good at all. Car park was us along with young lad who was running the hotel knocking on some strangers door up the road and paying £21 for 3 nights parking outside of a garage and advised not to move the car,lol.Towels with holes in curtains too short and an exploding hairdryer we’re just the beginning of a poor stay,not the fault of the young lad,he tried very hard.AVOID.

I booked a twin room for my 11 year old son and i, we were placed in a double room, not great for sleep. Paid for breakfast however were given toast, self service for drinks and cereal. Not the breakfast i thought i was paying for.. The rooms were basic, same asmost others in Blackpol, can hear everyone coming and going and as always, issues in the morning with hot water in the shower. Paid for basic, got basic.
