「Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!」

「Friendly staff, beautiful clean room」

「Wonderful hotel , wonderful staff」

「Nice rooms & fantastic location」

「Great location in-between the town centre and lowther pavillion. Plenty of free street parking nearby. Large, clean room, friendly staff and a great breakfast included. 10/10.」

「The house was bright and airy with a proper seaside feel to it. There was bread and milk provided when you arrived which was nice to not have to mess around getting them at the last minute. There was a fan available and it was very warm so this was welcome. The bed was comfortable and it was great that we could take our dog and there was plenty of room in the yard for him. Yes the TV is small but that’s not what we were there for, there’s was DVDs and WiFi as well. Easy walk in to Lytham and we...

「Absolutely lovely apartment. Felt more like a bungalow. Big airy rooms, well equipped kitchen and a lovely outside space . Would definitely recommend xxx」

「Perfect apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk to shops and restaurants and of course the pier. Well used spaces」

「Super host and great variety at breakfast. Felt very looked after and welcomed. Room clean with adequate shower and plenty of lovely little extras. Only negative was the pillow was a little lumpy and duvet a little heavy, had a very hot night even with the fan in the room. Couldn't open window because of noise from the seagulls! That said I would recommend a stay here. Lot better than other b&bs I've tried in Blackpool and very central.」

「It was just amazing, best place I’ve stayed in. Everything was there what you needed , loved the coffee , loved the hamper , will be returning next year ☺️❤️」

「Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean, 」

「Very clean and in great location. Sue is a very professional and friendly host. If we are in the area again would definitely stay here again. Oh, great coffee at breakfast」

「Renovated in the past couple of years the property was in good nick. Nice decking out front looking towards the sea to sit on. The room we had was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Nice roomy shower with decent water pressure. Breakfast was excellent value god money and very tasty. Only bit of criticism is lack of parking space if the hotel is busy.」

「The experience at Ribby Hall Spa Hotel is incredible. It did let us with a few things which I think are fixable and I hope this feedback can help improve the service. First of all, the indoor and outdoor spa is amazing, well paced and never feels too busy, however I will say the amount of wasps in the outdoor area, including flying around in the bar and quite literally hovering and crawling around the hot tubs is a concern and was a big let down for such an amazing venue.
