「Happy: helpful staff, great breakfast, Clean and cozy room, comfortable bed, good shower, picturesque window view, 24-hour self service bar, 5 minutes walk to town centre. Unhappy: room too warm during daytime in summer, and we didn't know that dinner must be booked before 4pm, so missed it. Overall a great place to stay, would love to go again and try the dinner.」

「Very pleasing location with great view to Bristol Channel. Super friendly and helpful young couple is running it. If we would be in Lynton again, definetely we would consider to be there again!」

「Great day, great breakfast, great hosts」

「What a hidden gem The Annex, Rose Cottage is. Perfectly situated if you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of life! Nancy & Paddy are very welcoming hosts on hand to offer local knowledge on the best pubs to visit, walks to take or supply any small thing you may have forgotten. The cottage is beautifully presented , warm and clean with a very comfortable sofa and bed. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I have experienced with everything that is required - a real home from...

「Highcliffe House has a magical blend of location (impressive views in a charming ‘seaside’ town close to top restaurants and desirable trail heads), ambience (Victorian charm and elevated decor) and comfort (luxurious linens, heavenly beds, good-sized rooms with lots of extra touches). Add to that Richard and Robert’s warm hospitality and, of course, the scrumptious breakfasts and you have a must-experience destination. As a solo traveller, I particularly appreciated the thoughtful, attentive...

「We stayed in the newly renovated rooms which were stylish and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the location is unbelievable beautiful.」

「Would definitely recommend. Very comfortable and clean. If it had a garden it would be perfect. Enough loo roll to last a few days would have been nice.」

「**Disappointing stay, particularly for an elderly guest** We booked a two\-night stay based on the hotel’s excellent 8\.8 rating on Expedia, but unfortunately our experience fell well short of expectations\. On arrival, reception was unattended and our keys had been left on the desk. Staffing was extremely limited, the dining room was cold and we had to eat in the adjoining pub instead. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very cold, with the hotel heating switched off despite the cold...

「Our stay at the Lorna Doone B&B could not have been better! We loved everything about our experience in this beautiful house with fantastically friendly hosts. Great room, a delicious breakfast and wonderful people who made us feel like royalty and family at the same time. Certainly one of the best places that we have ever had the luck to experience.」

「We really enjoyed our stay. We were walking the SWCP and were glad to stop earlier on this leg. (Just dont take the road to the lighthouse and then climb the scree over the hill: steep and dangerous). The room was excellent. Comfortable. Delicious dinner down stairs, and lucky for us on our night, a live singer providing a musical background atmosphere. She was lovely, and just the thing to elevate the evening to next level.」
