"Firstly, after a very long day driving, it would’ve been nice to have 4 bottles of water not 2 for my 3 kids and I on check in. Secondly, the room was MUCH smaller than advertised and my two kids 10 & 12 had to squeeze onto a teeny couch bed. Unless a ridiculously long hallway in our suite counts as square footage? Rooms looked much more spacious and multiple windows as advertised.. not so in person. Thirdly, would’ve been nice to have a minimum of four towels, not three in the bathroom. I was annoyed having to ask for more toilet paper. No body wash in the shower. For being Reno’d 10 months ago (as advertised??) very sloppy finishes! Chose this hotel for the “arcade” that was advertised but there was none! No hot tub. Breakfast was the hugest let down!!! And my children are not picky!! First world problems, I know. But when you spend $600CAD for 2 nights!? I would have expected much more. Quite a let down. "

"I stayed on the 2nd floor on a Friday. The room doors are not on a delayed closing mechanism, so every time someone went in and out of their rooms, the doors slammed. Also the noise above my room was quite loud, even past the "quiet" hours. The hotel room was very clean and the staff very good but I would think twice about staying there because of the noise."

"Nice staff members, explained the amenities (which are great) at the front desk. Nice breakfast of sausage patties, scrambled eggs, muffins etc. The bathroom door was locked and I had to have my room exchanged at the beginning, otherwise, very pleasant stay"

"Overall we had a good stay. Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly and responsive. The room was clean and the hotel worked well for our family while we were in town for a weekend event. We did run into a couple maintenance issues in our room. The bedroom door in our suite was very difficult to open and close and at one point almost got stuck. The sink water also came out dark each time the faucet was first turned on, which was concerning. The front desk responded quickly when we reported it and offered bottled water for the evening, which we appreciated. Aside from those issues, the stay was comfortable and the staff was helpful. With a little attention to the maintenance items, this would easily be a 5-star experience."

"The staff that operate this facility are very helpful and responsive to guests needs. It is rare that I see this level of customer care and genuine desire to do what can be done to assist the traveler with their needs. I highly recommend it for short or long stays."

"Ok so the room wasn’t bad ! Location wasn’t bad ! Right off freeway !!!! So very easy to get right back on and keep traveling ! A short distance to light rail . Bed was comfy , room was clean , bathroom was good . Water pressure was just ok ! But the one thing that was a big issue was the smell out side the hotel . Omgosh it stuck soooooo bad . Like to the point of wanting to puke . I had to send my kid and friend into hotel so they wouldn’t get sick . I was able to stand it and unload the vehicle but the smell was horrible and it’s only outside in parking area not inside hotel . It smelt like sewer or fish . Just very gross . But other than that we would honestly stay again . The employees were nice as well . We checked in late and left very early so can’t say how breakfast or anything else was . "
