"No AC in the room, just a fan. The Waldorf is a good place for single travellers wanting to access the east side, for the bus network. For me an earlier Checkin would be appreciated, as I travel from Asia, and just want a bed. This is a consideration the staff should make for repeat customers. ie a 12 PM check in instead of 3PM"

"I was very disappointed with my experience. The front desk employee was unpleasant and came across as rude, which is not what I expect when staying at a hotel. Additionally, I do not understand why, as a guest, I am required to pay for parking. I specifically chose this hotel based on the availability of parking, and at no point during the reservation process was it mentioned that parking or breakfast would incur additional charges. This lack of transparency is frustrating and does not reflect well on the overall experience."

"Great spacious room and good location. The views were amazing from our 14th floor corner room. The staff also left a bottle of wine in our room upon arrival. The hotel is a bit older but still clean and friendly helpful staff."
