「Centrally located in the downtown area so easy walking to sights, shopping, restaurants and not far from the train station. The staff were all super friendly and were accommodating when I requested a room change (there was some outside noise that I couldn’t not hear). Decent breakfast included (basic but I don’t need fancy) and free tea and coffee all day. Vending machine available and Benihana in the parking lot. 「The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and they provided extra towels. The breakfest was really good and the coffee was fresh. Thank you so much. Very refreshing after a long flight from Michigan. 」

「The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!」
