This was a nice open space in what appears to be a neighborhood in the process of revitalization. There was a nice trail down the hill with a spooky cave about a mile along the trail. The most important thing you should know if you're considering this apartment is that there is no window. It was strange to have no idea if it was day or night, raining or sunny. I imagine some people would feel claustrophobic in this apartment. Be sure to ask if you are considering this rental. Coffee was included and plenty of towels and pillows. Be sure to bring soap for the shower as there was only hand soap. The owners were helpful and responsive when I had an issue with the wifi and door.
