「Had a lovely night away. Room was clean and nice to have a fridge with fresh milk for coffee etc. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choice. Outside areas are great for relaxing and nice to have an outside pool. In a quiet area but within walking distance to the beach, train station and town. Great hosts. Would definitely recommend. Thank you. 」

「We stayed for one night only and the reception was friendly. We bought a plug-in air freshener as the room smelt funky. The single bed was uncomfortable. Very noisy at night due to karaoke - but this was the summer in Paignton so I guess it’s normal. Hotel is near the main strip so very convenient. 」

「Extremely dated in bad need of an upgrade. Furniture in room was extremely out of date and old. Radiator in the room rusty. All communal stair carpets need cleaning of dust on the edges. Outdoor pool closed and area run down. Furniture on the terrace old and in bad need of renovation or replacement. Terrace was uninspiring and barriers needing updating. Breakfast was standard cafe on the street nothing stood out. Will not return」
