"On the day that I checked-in, there were no towels in my room…not even a tiny piece. The housekeeping department told me that their towel supplier came in late. Several hours later, a housekeeper knocked on my door and provided me one piece of bath towel and a robe. I tried to understand the situation at first.
However, on my 3rd day when I asked that my room be cleaned, they never replaced that one piece of bath towel and robe that I’ve been using since I checked-in. And so I had to re-use these things since no one was answering the housekeeping department phone when I kept calling, hoping to get an explanation as to why they still don’t provide enough towels, three days after. For this second blunder, I thought it is no longer acceptable. If a hotel cannot provide the most basic things, then why does it still operate ?"
