"A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location on the shore of Lake Lucerne. Room was well equipped, spacious and clean with stunning views over the lake. Staff were polite and very helpful. Excellent dining options available both in the hotel and within walking distance."

"Close to the bahnhof and easy bus transportation to the old town. Staff is extremely helpful (shoutout to Alexandra) and the bed was super comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. Plenty of walkable shops and restaurants."

"La vue sur Lucerne était extraordinaire! Les gens de l’hôtel, à l’accueil, au restaurant, etc.étaient tous sympathiques, cordiales et aidants. L’atmosphère était très conviviale. Le quartier, en bas du funiculaire, ne semblait pas le plus sécuritaire. Heureusement, l’autobus n’est qu’à quelques pas du funiculaire."

"Very clean, comfortable and well appointed room. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Our rooms had a lovely river view that made the terrace irresistible, especially at night. The location was great for sightseeing and enjoying restaurants. It was a great choice for us."

"Great location near the old town and in front of the water. The best part is that you can swim in the lake in front of the hotel. The hotel looks great but it feels to me some of the server lack training and perhaps the chain is getting bigger as it doesn’t feel special anymore. In other high end hotels the check in is special, here it feels like any other check in."
