「The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access).」

「It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person.」

「The apartment is just what you need for a trip to Dubrovnik - amazing location, comfortable, and great contact with the hosts. 「The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. The air conditioning was working properly on the top floor so it was very warm no fan was provided.

「A fabulous small hotel right in the centre of Dubrovnik just off the main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we went out as we were so close to dozens of restaurants. One point to note is that as this is a protected building in a UNESCO World Heritage site there is no lift.」

「The room was clean and tidy. It is in the old town in a great location. Slightly difficult to find for the first few days, but the old town is very compact with alleys and small streets which are lovelly and finding the room is part of the fun.
The room is on the top floor so a few stairs to to (3 or 4 flights)」
