「Our apartment was perfect: very clean inside, two bathrooms, everything worked perfect, beds very comfortable, inside the ancient walls and easy to get to everything. The only minor issues were first entering the steps up were dirty and then the door lock was fussy. But then walking in was perfect and I have no problem giving 5 stars.」

「Perfectly clean and very well kept. Staff was super professional and nice. And good location - no stairs required!
One recommendation - include a better description of the location. Literally say it is in the upper floors of Restaurant Forty Four and use that address. The street address on file is around the corner and not related.」

「Excellent location right inside the old city. Easy walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, bars and more.
Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets.
Inside, the property, rooms and decorations are immaculate and beautiful. No elevator, so a fair bit of stair climbing.
Minor point: safe wasn't functioning in my room due to previous guests leaving it locked.

「We booked a room with balcony and stayed for 2-night.
The room has a very comfy design and is maintained in good condition. Everyday they arrange room clean-up.
The Scalini Palace is located in an excellent location, very close to the Main Street, taking us just a few steps to Stradun. It’s esp convenient if you want to take nice photos of old town in very early morning.
No lift, same as many other hotels/apartments in the old town, so you have to walk upstairs to the floor you stay....

「I had a wonderful stay at La Vita e Bella in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. My room (Room 1 at La Vita e Bella IV) was recently renovated, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. It had a small espresso maker with pods, a teapot, a tiny safe, and even fresh fruit. 「Great location in Old Town. Clean and spacious room, nice amenities, comfortable bed. Replenished our coffee, and other sundries, with clean towels daily. We were able to store our luggage upon an early arrival before check in, and they assisted with carrying it up the steep flights of stairs (the only drawback, but we discovered you can't get away frrom that in Croatia!)」
