When I got to my room, it was not ready, no bed linen or towels. This is most unusual, anyway, the staff were on it straight away and before too long I was in a prepared room. While to done this might not be the most positive review, these things happen and things do get missed. It's how it all gets sorted that matters.

When I arrived and found that parking was not included I was a bit miffed, however, the council car park which is less than 100yds away is very reasonable at £1.20 for overnight parking! My room had everything I required. A bed with linen, ensuite bathroom with towels, soap, shower gel etc. Plenty of plug sockets and space for belongings. There were coat hooks but no hangers, although I will take my own hangers next time as there is space to hang clothes. Mirrors and lighting are good. This was my first time staying in this type of accommodation, I was sceptical, not anymore and I have already re-booked! I felt safe and I slept well. The only real negative was the lack of variety of places to eat. Mainly burger bars and fast food places. Now I know this I can easily work around it.
