「Honestly this is the Best Hotel ive stayed in Sierra Leone. Staff was excellent all the way around, from the security staff outside to the restaurant staff, cleaning staff and back down to the front desk. The Aberdeen Circle which is steps away from this hotel has easy access to ATM options, local phone sim & minutes top up, shops, and local transportation options to get anywhere. 」

「I really appreciate the above and beyond service of the staff at Family Kingdom. My flight on Kenya Airways was delayed but the hotel staff person waited patiently at SeaCoach Aberdeen Bridge to pick me up. Great and friendly service at a reasonable price. 」

「I love that the hotel faces the beach but if you do not like noise at night, then do not book a room facing the beach because of the live band and loud music. The breakfast was good with traditional selections to choose from. The rooms were very spacious, clean and up to date. The bathroom very nice and clean. Staff was excellent. The only issue I had were the roaches that came out from under the bed and dresser when the lights turned off. I woke up to roahes crawling on the floor, nightstand...

「I did not like this place at all. Reception was 0, the managers were not professional. The room I paid for was not available and I had the room I was offered was horrible . I have stayed at quite a few hotels in Sierra Leone and this one was terrible . Especially the fact it has such a great location . I was unable to get a refund as they came up with some story of some sort. Overall really disappointed waste of money」

「The property is advertised to be on Wilkinson road. However, it is not! A low clearance vehicle will have trouble reaching this house.」
