Good Hotel for business visit , middle of the beach and easy to access nearby places with good local transport connection and area is live you. Good rooms and similar Price, little issue of humidity on beach but it's expected worldwide on coastal area.

Nothing much I stayed one night , The breakfast of great with heavy meal options , notice some area need to work and mentioned to the manager on duty and he happly accept and promised to get it done because this is rainy season and on beach high humidity is there . Thanks team will be back .

Property was not well kept, I had to move to three different rooms before I settled to the third room. Stayed at this property for 9 days and half of those days, elevator was not working. I was on the 4th floor with bad knees so you can imagine. The shower and sink water was dirty (red coloration and taste like acid). Bathroom and room smells terribly. Staffs at the front desk and restaurant were very nice and accommodating but the facility service and cleanliness is poor.

The best part of my stay was the view of the ocean from my terrace and my wonderful housekeeper Adamma. She made sure I was very well taken care of and came to clean every day. The down side of our stay were the little roaches that seemed to come out as soon as the sun went down every night, at least in the room where we stayed. This was our second room because we requested to have an ocean view. Our first room had a pool view which was fine, no issues but we preferred the ocean so we switched. With some fumigation and cosmetic repairs they’ll be good to go.

The stay was alright but there was no working tv and telephone and when i called to tell the staff, no one showed up to fix. My son and his wife had to be moved twice because their rooms were not clean. The breakfast buffet did not have good choices.

Don't Stay At The Sierra Palms "Resort''!!!!

This place is a candidate for Gordon Ramsey's hotel nightmares. The have holes in the walls. They have holes in the ceilings. There is water damage all throughout the hotel. There are roaches the size of beetles. The staff never smiles or gets you. They may even ask for favors like please buy me a pair of shoes, help pay for cars etc. I felt like a target for money the moment we entered the building.
