「Det er ikke et professionelt hotel. Ingen reception og de ansatte er forvirrende og ikke ordentlig trænet i gæstfrihed. Nettet virkede ikke så godt. I det mindste er hotellet tæt på byen og man nemt kan få transport. Værelset er okay men slidt」

「The room was clean and spacious and quiet. And it's sea view was fantastic. The staffs are friendly and courteous and ready to help. I and my wife were greatly satisfied with this apartment style hotel during 4days stay. We will use this place again when we visit Freetown.」

「Smell of the room was not good light was on and off 」

「The room space is spacious and spotless. Smell fresh and welcoming. My only concern is that management leave shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom. 」

「The rooms are really clean the sheets have a few stains but you can tell it’s from the dryer staff are nice only issue is reception closes at midnight and if you don’t stock up on water for the night before they leave you will have to wait until morning, or risk going outside at night to find it.」

「Everything was so great management and lead stuff are really helpful. But the other stuff in the customer services, area wouldn’t helpful they had an attitude for no reason.」

But please I suggest u look at your breakfast menu. Breakfasts didn’t taste like breakfast for me. Breakfasts was boring. Food don’t look or presentable enough for me to be excited about to eat. Just so you know am talking about the breakfasts in the apartment, room service. 」
