「Faulty air conditioning, shoddy room. Moved to another hotel after 2 days」

「My first experience was good 」

「The room was clean and spacious and quiet. And it's sea view was fantastic. The staffs are friendly and courteous and ready to help. I and my wife were greatly satisfied with this apartment style hotel during 4days stay. We will use this place again when we visit Freetown.」

「The rooms are really clean the sheets have a few stains but you can tell it’s from the dryer staff are nice only issue is reception closes at midnight and if you don’t stock up on water for the night before they leave you will have to wait until morning, or risk going outside at night to find it.」

「The room space is spacious and spotless. Smell fresh and welcoming. My only concern is that management leave shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom. 」

「Everything was so great management and lead stuff are really helpful. But the other stuff in the customer services, area wouldn’t helpful they had an attitude for no reason.」

「We had a wonderful family stay at the Family Kingdom Resort. This is a beautiful and truly family-friendly hotel located right on Lumley Beach. Our children were especially thrilled with the large playground, the football field, and especially the pool, which was their absolute favorite and kept them happily occupied for hours.
