「very nice place, to get to the hotel you need to take a boat shuttle that is part of the hotel service. a lot of activities, most of them for extra money. wifi only at the lobby for extre charge. the room is very nice, hot water in the privte shower. the staff are very helpful.」

The only place in Los Banos that had indoor pool option. It was well worth it. Just wish the site will update City of Springs availability. 「The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. 」

「Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. Our rooms (which had no personality at all) were never cleaned, our towels were never changed, there were no toiletries provided, there was no place to put the soap (that we brought) inside the shower, the shower door looked like it had never been cleaned and there was no towel service for the pool. 」
