「very nice place, to get to the hotel you need to take a boat shuttle that is part of the hotel service. a lot of activities, most of them for extra money. wifi only at the lobby for extre charge. the room is very nice, hot water in the privte shower. the staff are very helpful.」

「Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. 「Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Two small points to know. First, there was no inside the hotel food service since the restaurant was closed due to Covid. Hotel staff was very nice and ordered food from outside which was delivered. The next day, they ordered food from Jollibee. 「The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. 」

「This is our worst stay ever😥 My husband is a PWD and he wasng able to sleep coz there is no bed. The only thing they have is a blanket/ comforter laid on the floor and a tiny pillow that's it😥 for a 4k stay😥 our 1 day vacation just turned into a nightmare. And the comfort room, u have to go down the hill-like which my husband is nit allowed because of his condition. Never i will go back to that place again😡😡😡😡」

「The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby.
