「Dead bugs and cobwebs all over the room, feels and smells damp. Didn't feel safe at all as 2 young women. The one lock on the door offers zero real security. There's gaps all around the doors. I Paid almost $400 for two nights but only stayed for one hour. I asked for a partial refund on my way out and the manager said I would have to contact Expedia (which sounded like BS since I didn't pay through Expedia). Expedia contacted them to ask for a refund and then the manager denied it.」
