We barely saw staff. Off season. We needed more towels and soap. Office was closed during most of our stay. Location was very good. Facility was just ok.

Facility is 2 blocks away from the beach, which makes recreational choices, seeing the Badger dock in and out, and sunsets very convenient. The hallways and rooms are clean, but the outside could used some renovation.

Spent 3 nights here. Just park the car and use your feet for whole time. Food, provisions, and fun is within minutes. Eat takeout, make sandwiches, or just enjoy a beverage on the 3 or 5 picnic tables with umbrellas.

Stayed in room 204. It's a great location. My only beef is I'm not sure what the sound was if it was a uneven washing machine but it was periodic during the night you could hear through the walls. Room was big and it was clean. A little musty smell but you get that with most rooms close to the water. I would stay again because of location.

Stayed for two days and could never get a WiFi signal to connect to. When I asked at the front desk, he just shrugged and said there was nothing he could do. Room was clean and fine. Pool was clean and fine.

The room smelled. Couldn't figure out what the smell was, possibly coming from the AC but also smelled like a combination of cleaning product and cat urine. Had to buy spray air freshener and a hanging air freshener just to tolerate it. For the price of the room it was not that great. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Location is great as an easy walk to Sterns Beach on Lake Michigan and the downtown. Room was damp feeling from the A/C and office and pool building closed at 9pm which seemed pretty early.
