The owner was pleasant and greeted the guest, explaining the facilities adequately however, there were a number of issues: There were no towels provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), there was no breakfast provided (contrary to what was stated on the booking), the free wi-fi was unusable and there were mouldy banana's in the cupboard! 「The room was a ground floor suite for a hotel the room had a seperate bedroom lovely spa bath/shower but sadly due to disability found it a bit of a struggle to get In this time this is are 3rd trip to same room we have a dog too the staff was very friendly couldn't do enough for you shout out to sam on reception and bar breakfast was in the bar area as we had a dog even she got scrambled egg or a sausage can't fault it defo be back」
