"The lodge and location was outstanding. Situated on Heron Lakes looking across one of the 6 lakes on site with stunning views. Great location to get to the coast and plenty to do on site with walked, bike trails and of course fishing! Great short break away and will be staying here again. "Pineshadow Lodge was perfect for us. It was modern, clean and so cosy. Everything we needed was there. Lovely touches with treats, balls and bowls for the dog as well. We stayed to visit family nearby and will look to rebook for our next visit. "

"When we got in the caravan it was dirty no bins emptied no bedding we had to go buy sheets devets. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied and had used sanitary pads in there. The toaster had to be cleaned before use. Smelt really bad due to nothing being cleaned. We came home on the a day early because we were so disappointed. "
