「Average」

「I would feel positive about this hotel if it was classified 4*. The 5* rating was not reflected in the standard of comfort in the room (though it would be fine as 4*) nor the in-room amenities (only 3*). So it was an ok stay, at ok value for money, but not up to 5* expectations.」

「They only had a buffet option for breakfast」

「Good location」

「the staff was helpful. there was a small issue with the water heating system for which it took some time for them to fix and it led to us missing our breakfast. also, outside food is not allowed in this hotel, which should be changed because during kitchen's non-operational hours, the guests are on their own to manage food. 」

「 Staff was very helpful. The condition of the room was poor. Uncomfortable bed no landline phone, tv wasn’t working. Even the bucket in the bathroom was leaking. 」

「The best hotel of our trip! People really nice and always smiling! Thanks for having us 」

「It was nice」

「Nice room and cooperative staff 」

「I don’t understand why they charge us extra for 3 days breakfast. Hotel.com had already collected money. But service is excellent. Those boys are outstanding.」
