「取房時花了很久時間，因員工對程序不太熟識，lobby沒有洗手間，要辦好入住手續上房才可到洗手間，很不方便。」

「从伦敦坐大巴上午到达酒店，由于下雨就在酒店大堂暂时休息。酒店人员很热情，房间整理好后立即提前给办理了入住手续并升级了房间。升级的房间太好了，大床，大房间，大浴室。虽然是9月，外面下雨刮风白天只有14度，房间暖气很给力！乡下很安静，交通很便利。餐饮很美味而且价格合理。非常适合自驾休闲度假。酒店有电水壶和usb接口。」

「The property is in a beautiful nature reserve area with lots of activities to do if on holiday. The hotel has lovely views, modern and spacious. However lots of niggly things made the stay un-relaxing and felt like they were just out to charge every part of your stay extra fees and if i could have cancelled my stay and gone elsewhere I would have. E.g. if your room is already before check in time you are asked to pay an early check in fee which is the first I've come across this. Also not able...

「This was my second stay at this hotel and I did notice some changes, some good, some not. My room looked refreshed, but it had no wall decor and seemed unfinished, but immaculately clean. There was nowhere comfortable to sit, but the bed was extremely good to sleep on. The outbuilding in which my room was situated had a large foyer, strangely decorated with two hard chairs and an ironing board. My room heater wouldn't turn on, and the receptionist told me it was centrally controlled and would...
