「I would like to say thank you to all staff members at Espacio Nagoya Castle Hotel for providing such warm hospitality and high quality service. All staff members at the hotel were kind and very professional in taking my requests even after business hours with detail and sophisticated manner. I would highly recommend staying at Espacio Nagoya Castle to all my friends.」

「Good」

「The location is excellent by being on top of the Nagoya train station. The facilities are top-notch and staff very friendly and helpful.」

「I stayed in both the twin room and the single room over two separate nights. I find the twin room preferable and worth the price difference, as it provides a little more space.」

「2 adults 2 kids, only have 2 pillows in the room. When we asked the receptionist for two more pillows, they said it is out of stock and provided some towels to us. I saw that most of the customers were treated for the same. Hotel should consider to have sufficient pillows to provide to the customers.」
