As soon as I walked in the floors were sticky and dirty to include the elevator. Once I got into my first room. Everything was unplugged. AC was off, so it was super hot. Terrible place false advertising its bot even called baymont its westair something like that staff was soo rude and teriyaki didnt let me check in wanted me to repay my room but thankfully i was able to get a refund because of other people the hotel staff never answered
