「Our room was clean but the layout seemed cramped with little storage space and we had problems with the bathroom door and sink. Also we should have checked amenities as the rooms had no coffee maker. Coffee was available in the lobby, an inconvenient 4 flights down. 」

「It’s not going to be the fanciest place, but it’s decent and clean and has become my go to when I’m in Rock Hill. It’s not expensive, it’s clean, they have a breakfast included (waffles, eggs, yogurt, sausage), it’s close to everything (Winthrop Univ., all the restaurants, grocery store, Walmart), the staff is super friendly and it’s right off the highway for easy access. 「I booked two queens and got a king with a pull out sofa with stained Upholstry. Also, I’m not a fan of the Starbucks coffee you have to buy in the morning. But this hotel was otherwise fine. 」

「This is not an OYO hotel it is the Richburg Inn and looks like a dump. We booked at 8:30 pm online and arrived at 9:30 pm to a sign in the window that said the office was closed until 7:00 am. They could not be reached by phone so I had to get a room elsewhere at the last minute. Expedia was unable to reach the hotel that night also. Expedia was excellent in getting my payment refunded promptly! Do not book this hotel!!」
