「Not organized and lost our reservation even though we had prepaid and had several confirmations from Expedia and the hotel itself. We were told we were on a waitlist and after a 14 hour drive, had to sit outside the lobby for over an hour and a half before they resolved the issue. Rooms were not cleaned properly, and no one was available after 9pm when the office closed. This caused extra stress and anxiety about getting back before 9pm because the first night our friends returned around 10:30pm...
