「I would NOT recommend this stay! The front desk staff wasn't friendly. The hallway carpet was disgusting. They kept the staff's laundry room door wide open, so we could see every time we walked in and out of our room. The room reeked of mildew and mold. After I thoroughly sprayed and wiped everything we would touch in the room, we tried to make the best out of our stay. We were on the second floor, so we heard every foot step from the second floor. I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again, nor...

「The hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me due to an “overbooking” issue. They implied it was Expedia’s fault. They also indicated they had called me and told me what happened and had already credited my account for the prepaid room. I received no notification from them and no credit. I was able to recover the funds only after Expedia called them. Mistakes happen but the manner in which they handled the issue was terrible.」

「The main lobby areas were nice and clean. The check in staff was no where to be found. Waited 10 to 15 minutes.. I tried calling the main number thinking they were busy with another guest. It seemed the clerk was having a cigarette while parked in the handicapped spot and didn't see anyone enter... When she did, she was clearly annoyed by our presence. Also, the room had the musty old carpet smell.」
