「I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The entire hotel smelled like mildew. There were severe scratches and dirt all over the entry door. There was visible joint compound spatter and scrapes on the walls in the room and my wife and I itched all night. As if something was biting us. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I went out to the front desk and the attendant was sleep in the chair with her mouth wide open. I would never ever stay there again. Not what I thought Comfort Inn stood for as...

「We stayed one night on the way to the beach. The room was not overly clean. The floors were quite dirty and got feet dirty when walking in the room. It was fine for 1 night, but we expected it to be cleaner and a little nicer based on pictures/reviews.」

「Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!」
