"The service was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable with a very large bathroom . every evening they offered alcohol alcoholic, and non-alcoholic drinks and a variety of food options like salad, chips, and salsa, pasta, baked potato. The breakfast also had a variety of choices. The hotel is in walking distance of the historic Plaza and Canyon Road. The only downside is paying for parking daily $30."

"Property staff was not helpful . Not refilling breakfast if you are coming for breakfast after 8. Also they don’t even have near by emergency number or location. Even the tv in their room are from 90s no smart tv. I am regular customer of homewood suites they were not ready to even consider my request for not changing room because i had different book."

"We stayed at Eldorado hotel for my husband’s birthday. The location is great right in the downtown. We walked to the shops and restaurants every day. The hotel and staff are amazing. The hotel is well equipped with amenities. Sauna, pool, hot tub and even steam room. We loved room service. Breakfast was yummy. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We even used the fireplace during cold nights. We loved the place and definitely will stay there again. "

"Great value! Clean, remodeled, and less than a mile from the small downtown area. Easily walk to all of our destinations and food in the city. Plenty of parking available as well. Only complaint is that too much can be heard from the room above. Heard every step and creaking noises from above neighbors, I don’t know if this was an exceptionally loud person or just not enough padding between floors. I requested a room switch the next morning and the staff was super understanding and helped me immediately. Everyone from check in to support team was very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay again, though perhaps ask for an upstairs room from the start. Silent nights of great sleep after that switch"
