"I was greeting by a very difficult manager I was told it’s extra for early check-in, which was never disclosed. When I did get checked in they stated all higher floor rooms were still dirty and I was forced to stay in a room on 3rd floor with windows facing a parking garage in which people could look directly into my unit. The property was nice and the valet gentlemen was a great help. Location was good, But again manager wasn’t accommodating and had a very bad attitude."
