「We stayed for two nights while visiting family. We stayed there before under a different name and some of the reviews were pretty good but I was disappointed that not much had changed. The parking lot was still a mess. Probably won’t stay there again.」

「Rooms and common areas were clean and well-kept. Roadway leading in was full of potholes but was under repair. Plenty of food and shopping nearby. Easy on and off Hwy 28.」

「Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able...

「Very clean and comfortable. Located in a shopping area, with free concert nearby from Monday to Thursday. Extended our stay twice, just to stay two more nights in this hotel.」

「The room was not very clean and small. Hotel was noisy and it was hard to park because there were trucks parking everywhere in their parking lot. What was the weirdest that I booked for 2 nights, but after my first night, housekeeping threw away my toothbrushes, toothpaste, and the water I had in the fridge. They thought I had checked out even though I had the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door knob. For the price that they charged, I would have found a much better place.」
